Who is ALLAH?

Is Allah the pagan God "Hubal (The Moon God)"? If so, then why people of all religions in Arabia call God by Allah?

The word Allah is not a specific name of God. It is a general name of God in Arabic language. Arab Jews and Christians call god by Allah but their God's actual name is Yahweh. Arab Hindus call God by Allah but their god's actual name is Rama. Arab Buddhists call God by Allah but their God's actual name is Buddha. Arab pagans call God by Allah but their god's actual name is Habul. They use the word Allah in general sense & actual names in specific sense.

For example, American Jews and Christians call God by God but their God's actual name is Yahweh. American Hindus call God by God but their God's actual name is Rama. American Buddhists call God by God but their God's actual name is Buddha, and so on. They use the word "God" when they talk about God in general sense. And they use their Gods' actual names when they talk about their Gods in specific sense. Does Muslims have a specific name of their God? There are 99 specific names of God of Muslims in the Quran.

Allah (Al-Elah) is the Arabic word for the English word “God”. “Al” means “The” and “Elah” means “God” in Arabic. In Hebrew bible, the word for God is Elohim (אלוהים). If you translate אלוהים into Arabic using Google translate, you will see it is Allah (الله).
